Havaianas
The first pair of Havaianas was born in 1962. It was inspired by the Zori, typical Japanese sandalsmade of fabirc straps and rice straw soles. Hence the now famous, textured rice pattern on the foot bed of the sandal. Havaianas, a Brazilian made sandal, is now arguably the most famous brand for this type of foot wear and worn by people the world over.
